Delivery
Price of delivery £4.95 to (Mainland UK only) within 3-5 working days on our standard delivery.
Next day delivery to (Mainland UK) is £10.95. Orders must be placed before 12pm on day of dispatch.
Products will be delivered to the address provided once order has been placed.
Please ensure the correct delivery address is entered at the time of ordering, as we can’t be held responsible for any incorrect address information.
If an order is returned as undeliverable, the cost of products shall be refunded, minus the shipping costs and any other costs incurred in returning your order back to us.
Tracking orders will be via DPD Monday- Friday. A time slot will be provided via text or email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
If you wish to return your items, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will be
happy to offer you a refund provided that all products are returned in original condition and packaging .
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt; payment may take several days by the payment provider to process your refund.
Returning an item is at your own cost unless item is deemed faulty.
If the order is bought as a bouquet the whole bouquet will need to be returned untied and stems at original length without been cut. If the order is incomplete, then a refund will not be processed or returned.

How will my Stems arrive?
Your stems
will arrive beautifully packaged in tissue paper and gift wrap.
Some stems
may be bent to accommodate packaging but can easily be straightened out to
desired length.
Your stems
will be safely packed in our recyclable Eco friendly packaging with our brand
so you know your delivery is from STEMS FOREVER.
How do I cut my stems?
The stems
can be cut using sharp wire cutters or scissors. Many of our faux flower stems
have wire running through them.
Firstly,
bend the stems to the required length then cut where the bend is. If your
unable to cut straight through the stem, bend the wired stem back and forth a
few times at desired length. This will then help weaken the wire.
If you wish to use your stems in various arrangements, we recommend bending the stems
without cutting. This gives you the option to use each stem at different
lengths.
How to I clean my stems?
The best option to clean and freshen your faux stems is by gently wiping them with a microfibre cloth or a duster to remove any dust.
Can my faux stems be placed in water?
To give your faux flowers an appearance of the real thing they can be placed in water. This
is advised for a short period only of no more than 24hours. We don’t recommend putting any of faux flowers that have paper stems in water.
